Northwest Michigan Supportive Housing
Northwest Michigan Supportive Housing
Northwest Michigan Coalition to End Homelessness (NWCEH) is a collaborative group of community organizations and individuals with an interest in homelessness, housing needs, supportive housing, or housing-related services in Antrim, Benzie, Charlevoix, Emmet, Grand Traverse, Kalkaska, Leelanau, Manistee, Missaukee, and Wexford counties.
The members of NWCEH serve those who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless: you, your neighbors, families with children, the working poor, veterans, and those living on the streets to name a few. People just like you are experiencing a financial crisis that is effecting their ability to stay in their homes.
OUR VISION
We believe that having a safe, permanent home is a basic human right. Our vision is to end homelessness in the Northwest Michigan region.
OUR MISSION
NWCEH will work collaboratively to end homelessness by addressing housing issues through a community-based process that develops a comprehensive, coordinated continuum of care to individuals and families who are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless in the community it serves.
OUR PURPOSE
To ensure that individuals and families have access to safe, decent, affordable housing and support services designed to help them become integrated socially and economically into their communities.
